This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its prime location near the Vatican. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, such as the provided breakfast vouchers for a nearby café. The amenities are basic but convenient, making for a hassle-free stay.
All was fine, no complaints.

lowest price I could find in a hotel for four. It was clean and the A/C worked great during a July trip to Rome.

The room was really good, clean and stylish. We were welcomed early by the owner and he was very helpful. The cleaning staff came everyday and they were very friendly and patient.
The location was a bit of a pain as after an entire day of walking rome to see the sights the last things you want to do in the evening is walk some more!

We really enjoyed our staying at this B&B which was just like a nice hotel: very clean and comfortable, chic design, good location, close to Vatican. The bus station - right in front of the building. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the hostess and the cleaning lady were both Romanian, extremely kind and friendly. We will certainly turn back and we will recommend this place!
The breakfast - just a croissant and a cappuccino (but a great one), at the cafe-bar across the street.

The location is perfect if you want to go to Olimpic Stadium or commute to the city center, as it is just a few minutes walk from the metro station and Vatican City. The staff was attentive and provided good service. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities, and the soundproofing is a plus, ensuring a quiet stay.
The breakfast was quite simple, consisting of just a croissant, a cup of coffee, and a glass of orange juice.

The address of the "hotel" provided by the booking is incorrect. In reality it is 400 metres futher away and 1 km far away from the metro stop. The correct address is via della Giuliana 80. We were not notified in advance and had to curry the luggage by ourselves. Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and one croissant and it is served in the cafe across the street. When we booked for the room the advertise was saying about continental breakfast, which is a lie. Booking should cross-check the information provided by the owners. This is not a hotel as it was written by the time we booked, as I see it is now corrected but is too late for us.

Had an okay time
The breakfast provided was nice & had decent croissants. The hotel was close to some good restaurants and shops. Plus, the metro was easy to get to.
We didn't have hot water for the duration of our stay. we had to pay extra fees upon arrival which wasn't mentioned beforehand.

Good, Clean, Small Comfortable room.
They advertise having free wifi internet service, however it was not working. This was a major inconvenience due to the fact that we needed to plan some of the excursions and routes for our vacation.

This hotel was great for us, with its convenient location close to the Vatican and the metro. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Plus, we loved the cozy and quiet atmosphere.
The elevator in this hotel was quite small and old-fashioned.

We stayed in the building located in via Bu Meliana. Although the room was very small, it was clean and nice decorated, it had all the main facilities: tv, wifi , mini bar and safe. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff came everyday. The location was ideal for visiting the Vatican. "Italian" breakfast was served in a nearby cafe, the staff at the cafe was also very friendly. The coffee was delicious and croissants wery very tasty as well! A/c worked properly.
There was quite heavy traffic near the building at Via Bu Meliana and it was very noisy in the night while having the window opened. There were no international tv stations. We had to pay a little extra tax. The bathroom was rather small and not so nice as the room was, shower was very very small and there was an unpleasenent smell inside. We had to pay extra money for arriving after 22. Towels and bedclothes could have been changed more often..

The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was much better than they gave themselves credit for, and certainly much better than my Italian. The location was ideal for visiting the Vatican. The building relies on a small narrow elevator in the middle of the stairwell, typical of older European buildings, which might be of concern to travelers with limited physical mobility, but for us it worked just fine..
